30am - 4pm, Sunday - Thursday On call position Bachelor's degree required Manage the day-to-day operations of a facility (one location Only) Maintain the sanitation standards of the building and kitchen Inspect property daily / give work orders to staff and manage repairs /manage building staff / make staff schedules Manager service workers / manage maintenance contracts and contractors Skills and abilities:
Operational knowledge of building system (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fa ade) of NYC building codes, local laws and general industry standards Operational knowledge of a kitchen and NYC Sanitation codes Knowledge in managing large scale building projects Exceptional verbal and written communications Must be able to multi task Must be flexible to changing environments Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite programs, specifically Outlook, excel and word Must have experience interviewing and managing staff Maintain staff files, which includes staff training records/ coordinate staff background checks Coordinate with Building Manager and Ownership of property.
