Control Room Clerk

Responsible for all monies entering and leaving the building
Responsible for maintaining company monetary standards.
Responsible for maintaining company cash office paperwork standards
Responsible for maintaining weekly / monthly reports.
Responsible for all deposits Responsible for ordering cash office monies.
Rebalance cashiers tills daily.
Rebalance change accounts daily.
Assist Assistant Store Managers in daily cash office audits.
Assist register managers in processing cashier drop and change requests.
This position reports to the General Store Manager
Requirements
Ability to work with all levels of management
Excellent organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal and communication skills
Pays close attention to detail
Able to adapt to change quickly

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
