Supervisor, Childrens Behavioral Health and Health Quality Management

Position Purpose: Reports to the Director, HARP and Behavioral Health Quality Management. Supervises a Data Analyst dedicated to the Children's Behavioral Health and Health Benefit. Ensures that the work documented in the Children's Behavioral Health and Health Benefit's Quality Management Program description and in the Annual Quality Improvement Plan is completed. Facilitates and Co-facilitates designated Quality Management Committees and manages projects with the Product Management and Behavioral Health Department. Represents Fidelis at meetings with regulatory entities as needed. Other duties as required: As related to Children's Behavioral Health and Health Benefits, writes reports, conducts analyses, manages projects, facilitates meetings, and gives presentations. Performs duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or Public Administration strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in children's behavioral healthcare or 1 year in a managed care related setting in a managerial capacity required. Experience in Quality Management and Improvement in a behavioral health or managed care setting strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Visio; Internet. Business Analysis Knowledge: Skilled to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone. Customer Service: Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external stakeholders

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
